The Mission of the Synod of the Rocky Mountains is to “assist, affirm and strengthen” its eight presbyteries to discover, develop and implement their unique missions and ministries where they live and serve Jesus Christ.

THE PRESBYTERY OF DENVER
Serves 52 congregations and two new church developments. Churches range in membership size from 25 to 1700 with nearly 14,000 members. The Presbytery is located in the central part of the Denver Metro area.

THE PRESBYTERY OF GLACIER
Serves 19 congregations in beautiful northwestern Montana where they are blessed with the wonder of Gods creation of mountains, high plains, streams, lakes and Big Sky.

THE PRESBYTERY OF PLAINS AND PEAKS
Serves 41 churches and one new church development in northwestern Colorado and western Nebraska who are called to be a community of congregations united under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, growing for new generations.

Serves 28 churches, “large and small” and one new church development in southern Colorado.

THE PRESBYTERY OF WESTERN COLORADO
Provides hospitality and care for many visitors and faithful residents of its 15 churches and 3 mission stations located on the western slope of Colorado. This area was one of the last frontiers to be settled in the United States.
