Thank You!

Thank you for your decision to financially support the ministries of the Synod of the Rocky Mountains PC(USA).  Your support is important as it helps us fulfill our mission to help our congregations.  Your tax-deductible contribution may be directed to the general work of the Synod or to designated ministries described below.

Designated Ministries

Campus Ministries develop the minds, hearts and souls of the Church’s future by providing students with community in which to grow and commit.  The Synod supports campus ministries on college campuses across our region.

Camps and Conference Centers provide context where Presbyterian members and Pastors experience events which significantly shape their Christian faith.  Within our bounds, there are four camp and conference centers.

Presbyterian Colleges and Schools prepare women and men for ordained ministries and other vocations of professional Church leadership.  The Synod directly supports 10 Presbyterian seminaries, which create leaders of the whole church.

Funds Development helps the church fund its ministry and mission.  We provide this no-cost service to congregations in order to assist them in annual giving, special campaigns and endowment ministries.

General Synod Support augments the financial support for our eight presbyteries.  The mission of the Synod of the Rocky Mountains is to assist, affirm, and strengthen its presbyteries to discover, develop and implement their unique missions and ministries where they live and serve
Jesus Christ.

Intermountain Children’s Home, Helena, MT
specializes in nurturing therapeutic environments for children under severe emotional distress.  The goal in working with deeply troubled children is to make a permanent family for every child.

Leadership Development helps leaders lead.  The Synod provides training for Committees on Ministry, Committees on Preparation for Ministry, and other specialized leadership roles within
the church.

Western National Leadership Training (WNLT) encourages our leaders to learn and grow.  Each October we host Presbyterians from across the west at a three-day educational event in Jackson WY, emphasizing lay leadership and growth.
